One day I was looking in my larder and saw we had a large amount of empty glass jam jars.
In thinking what you to do with them, I developed the idea of the Jam Jar of Joy.
What is in a Jam of joy? It holds 21 motivational and inspirational quotes, ranging from Winston Churchill to Adele. The reason for 21 is that it takes around 21 days for your mind to take in and absorb a new way of thinking.
The Jam Jar of Joy works alongside the personalised recording to bookend your day. In the morning you open up the jam jar and get a quote to start your day and then in the evening, you listen to the
recording.
Jam jars of Joy can be purchased separately £6 or 2 for £11 (not including postage and packaging).
Wellness gifts are available to purchase at live events or in-person sessions; please ask for offers.
